Overview
A rare caster marked by an unusual affinity for holy energy. Their abilities strike with blinding force, but their bodies struggle to contain the power.
The Chosen channels concentrated bursts of light that behave like focused energy beams, luminous detonations, or shimmering pulses. Their techniques are fast, intense, and overwhelming โ but their bodies are fragile, and the strain of channeling such power often shows in subtle ways.

Damage: 1d10 radiant and outlines the target faintly, granting allies +1 to hit until your next turn

Rite Test:
d20 + WIS modifier + Proficiency Bonus vs DC 12
Level 1 Rites
Halo Step - Choose an ally within 40ft. You may swap positions with them.
Hymn of Renewal - Heal 1d6 + INT HP to an ally within 30 ft.
Luminous Lance - Fire a piercing ball of light hitting everyone for 1d12 radiant within 20ft
Circle of Clarity - Create a 10ft wide glowing ring on the ground. Standing in the ring prevents Focus loss. Lasts 2 turns.
Soft Radiance - Passive - When you use a Rite, you may transfer up to 1d8 HP from an ally to yourself or another ally.
Cleansing Wave - Remove one harmful condition (fear, poison, blind, charm).
Level 3 Rites
Ascension Step - Become weightless for a turn. Move +20ft without provoking attacks; your next Photon gains +1d8 radiant damage.
Radiant Bloom - Plant a radiant seedling within 50ft. Anytime during your or an enemies turn, activate the seedling to emit a burst of light in a 20ft radius for +1d12 radiant.
Inner Resonance - Passive - You gain +2 to all radiant damage rolls.
Light Unbound - For one turn, all allies within 25ft deal +2d6 radiant and gain +1 AC.
Afterward, take 6 Overflow damage.
Level 6 Rites
Beacon of Resolve โ Allies within 30 ft gain advantage on saving throws and cannot be reduced below 1 HP until the beginning of your next turn.
Judgment Descends โ Call down a radiate spear, dealing 6d6 radiant damage to one creature; if it is below half HP, it is blinded until the end of its next turn.

Holy Focus
When the Chosen is undisturbed, their power sharpens.
If you took no damage since your last turn, you gain Focus.
Focus grants:
+2 to your next Rite Test
and your next damaging Rite gains +1d6 radiant.
If you take damage, you lose Focus immediately. One ally of your choice within 25ft gets disadvantage on their next Attack or Rite roll.
